Do you need a helping hand during your stay at Maastricht Aachen Airport? For passengers with reduced mobility we have some additional facilities for a comfortable journey.

If you need assistance, it is important that you let us know in time. This can already be done when booking your flight. Your travel agent or the airline you are flying with must inform us of this no later than 48 hours before the time of departure (or arrival).
Present yourself at the airport
Do you need assistance to get to the service desk or check-in? Report this by telephone upon arrival at P1, Kiss & Ride or at the bus stop. The telephone number of the assistance hotline is +31 43 358 97 13. Are you already in the terminal? Then report to the service desk, to the left of the check-in desks.
Parking for people with reduced mobility
In car park P1 there are extra large parking spaces right behind the barriers. A number of places have been reserved at the front of the Kiss & Ride parking lot for drop-offs and pick-ups. Parking here is free for the first 10 minutes.
Terminal facilities
The main facilities in the terminal are on the ground floor. Doors and elevators also open automatically. You can also use a toilet in the terminal that is accessible to wheelchair users.
Special conditions
Air transport of wheelchairs with wet batteries is generally not permitted. There are also sometimes regulations regarding the dimensions of a wheelchair. Get information in advance from your travel agent or airline and consult their websites. We recommend that you allow an extra half hour for check-in.
